TROUBLESHOOTING GUILDLINE:

Error0 Error Reason: Timeout Protection or manual  termination of output.    Solution: Press the Fn key to clear the fault and restore the starting status.

Error1 Error Reason: Low VoltageProtection       Solution: Jump starter needs to be charged.

Error2 Error Reason: Votlage exceeds the range of intelligent recogition.    Solution:  normal it will happen when you connect 12V battery, but you manual put FN Button to select 24v mode to jump, if so, push Fn button to select again, or restart from begin.

Error3 Error Reason: TemperatureProtection.    Solution: Allow the jump starter to cool for 30minutes before attempting to restart.

Error 4 Error Reason: Car battery damaged,removed,faulty connection, etc    Solution: Press and hold the Fn button (for 3 seconds) to enter manual start mode, if it still does not work, the vehicle battery is deeply dead.

Error 5 Error Reason: Reverse Connection Protection.    Solution: Correctly connect the positive andnegative ignition clips, then press theFn key to clear the fault and restore thestarting status.

Error 7 Error Reason: DC Output Overcurrent Protection.   Solution: If the external device’s current exceeds6A, disconnect the device and press theFn key to clear the fault.

Error 9 Error Reason: Detects vehicle battery voltage below 17V for 24V battery, if below 10V for  12v battery.    Solution:  press and hold the Fn button (for 3 seconds) to enter manual start mode.
